We will be telling everyone about your excellent service
Very sadly, we had to ask you to put Ozzy - our beloved Siamese cat - to sleep, 2 days ago. He was 18.5 yrs old and a beautiful cat, with the sweetest nature, so it was an extremely difficult decision. But your care and attention, from initial email response to phone call to visit, later that same morning, was unbelievably excellent in every way. Talk is cheap, but what you say on website about your care and devotion to animals – and their owners – is absolutely true. So please pass on our thanks to ALL concerned. We only caught Polly’s name – but EVERYONE, including Reception staff, nurse and of course the vet herself, could not have been kinder in such sad circumstances. In particular, the fact that you have a dedicated waiting room for cats – and that you kindly said that we could dash-out afterwards without having to settle the bill there and then - was much appreciated. (Especially as we were not even existing clients.) You may rest assured that, should we get another pet, you will be our only choice – and we will be telling everyone about your excellent service. Genuinely care
I recommend Star Vet Clinic every time I'm asked about vet services. They genuinely care about the animals - it's not about the money, which is a rare thing in my previous experience. Great facilities, friendly and caring staff. Highly recommended.

Always a top service
Have you ever heard a dog crying to get IN the vets? That's our George weekly! George loves his hydrotherapy so much with Holly, they have created such a lovely bond which is so reassuring to see. Always top service by such lovely staff, always welcoming and no question is to big. Very highly recommended.

Five ⭐️ Staff are lovely, premises is spotless and Holly was amazing with my dog and I have every confidence in her to help my Nora.
